Sweet and Spicy Nuts

All You Need
- 1 tbsp Club House Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Club House Ground Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Club House Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Club House Ground Allspice
- 1/4 tsp Club House Ground Cloves
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp water
- 3 cups mixed nuts
MIX Club House Spices together. Melt butter in a small pan. Add honey, brown sugar and salt. Stir in spices.
BEAT egg white and water until frothy in a large bowl.
ADD nuts to egg mixture.
ADD spice mixture to nuts.
SPREAD onto parchment lined pan.
BAKE at 300F stirring occasionally, until dry, about 30 min.
