All You Need

  • 1 tbsp Club House Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Club House Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Club House Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Club House Ground Allspice
  • 1/4 tsp Club House Ground Cloves
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 3 cups mixed nuts


  1. MIX Club House Spices together. Melt butter in a small pan. Add honey, brown sugar and salt. Stir in spices.

  2. BEAT egg white and water until frothy in a large bowl.

  3. ADD nuts to egg mixture.

  4. ADD spice mixture to nuts.

  5. SPREAD onto parchment lined pan.

  6. BAKE at 300F stirring occasionally, until dry, about 30 min.
