Spinach Feta Dip

This tangy, Greek-inspired dip will dress up your party platter. Great with pita, chips, vegetables, as a sandwich spread or as a dressing.

All You Need

  • 1 pkg (300g) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup (82 1/2 mL) Club House Greek Signature Blend
  • 2 cups (500 mL) sour cream
  • 3/4 cup (187 1/2 mL) mayonnaise


  1. All You Do: Combine all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Cover and chill until serving.

  2. Tips:

  3. · Recipe can be halved if desired.

  4. · Dip will keep, refrigerated for about 2 weeks.

  5. · Serve with crisp vegetable dippers such as carrots, celery, peppers, cucumbers, mushrooms and zucchini.

  6. · Also great with potato chips and tortilla chips.

  7. · Try this dip as a salad dressing. Thin with a bit of milk if necessary.
