All You Need
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup (250 mL) long grain rice
- 1 cup (250 mL) tomato juice
- 1 cup (250 mL) water or chicken broth
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend
Heat vegetable oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add bell pepper and onion. Sauté 2 - 3 minutes.
Stir in rice, tomato juice, water or broth and Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend. Bring to a boil.
Stir and cover. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
