All You Need
Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Grease 8-inch (2 L) square baking dish with butter.
Stir together corn, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lime juice, seasoning and hot sauce; stir in ½ cup (125 mL) Cheddar and ½ cup (125 mL) Monterey Jack, green onions and jalapeño pepper. Scrape into prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining ½ cup (125 mL) Cheddar and ½ cup (125 mL) Monterey Jack over top; bake for about 15 minutes or until heated through. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden; sprinkle with cilantro. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
Kitchen Tip: Add ½ tsp (2 mL) Club House Garlic Powder along with spice blend if desired.
