Savoury Parmesan Shortbread Snacks

Give a classic treat a savoury twist. These tasty shortbreads make an excellent appetizer or snack at any dinner party.

All You Need

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter, softened
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Parmesan & Herbs Signature Blend
  • 2 tsps (10 mL) granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) all purpose flour


  1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl with wooden spoon then mix with hands to form a smooth dough. Shape into ¾” (2cm) balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Press down with a floured fork.

  2. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12 to 18 minutes or until golden around edges. Cool completely.

  3. Tips:

  4. - Store in airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 1 month.

  5. - These can also be served warm. To reheat, warm in a 350°F (180°C) oven for about 5 minutes.
