All You Need
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Greek Signature Blend
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice
- 1 lb (500 g) pork tenderloin
In large plastic bag, combine all ingredients except pork. Mix well.
Add pork and mix well to coat.
Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours or longer for more flavour.
Remove pork from bag. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Discard leftover marinade.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Slice and serve.
