Pork Tenderloin Souvlaki Style

All You Need

  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Greek Signature Blend
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice
  • 1 lb (500 g) pork tenderloin

Instructions

  1. In large plastic bag, combine all ingredients except pork. Mix well.

  2. Add pork and mix well to coat.

  3. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours or longer for more flavour.

  4. Remove pork from bag. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Discard leftover marinade.

  5. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Slice and serve.
