Piri Piri Wings

Go beyond your typical Buffalo wings — introducing Piri Piri. Citrusy, tangy and just a bit of heat? Pass the wings.

All You Need

  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
  • 8 tbsp (120 mL) Club House Piri Piri Signature Blend
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) water
  • 2 lbs (1000 g) chicken wings


  1. In plastic bag, combine all ingredients except wings. Mix well.

  2. Add wings and mix well to coat.

  3. Marinate in refrigerator 45 minutes or longer for more flavour.

  4. Remove wings from marinade. Place on foil lined baking sheet. Discard any leftover marinade.

  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F (77°C).
