All You Need
- 12 lamb chops
- 1/4 cup (62 1/2 mL) dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Greek Signature Blend
- 1 cup (250 mL) panko bread crumbs
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) olive oil
In small bowl, combine mustard and seasoning. Brush lamb chops with mixture
Coat each chop with panko crumbs.
In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat, brown one side of each chop.
Turn over and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
