All You Need
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
- 1 cup (250 mL) each diced onion, celery and sweet potato
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) Club House Roasted Cumin & Mint One Step Seasoning
- 1 cup (250 mL) dry mixed lentils
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Prepared Minced Garlic
- 5 cups (1250 mL) Kitchen Basics No Salt Added Chicken Cooking Stock
- 2 1/2 cups (625 mL) water
In large saucepan, over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté onions, celery and sweet potato for 3 minutes.
Add Club House Roasted Cumin and Mint One Step Seasoning; sauté 1 minute
Add lentils and chopped garlic; sauté for 2 minutes.
Add chicken broth and water. Bring soup to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 55 minutes.
