All You Need
- 1/4 cup (62 1/2 mL) Club House Garlic Plus Signature Blend
- 1/4 cup (62 1/2 mL) maple syrup
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) balsamic vinegar
- 8 loin or rib lamb chops
Combine first four ingredients for marinade in plastic bag. Add lamb, mixing to coat lamb with marinade. Leave at room temperature 1 hour or refrigerate up to 8 hours, turning occasionally. Grill or broil lamb chops, basting with marinade for 4 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
