All You Need
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced ham
- 1 cup (250 mL) each, cooked diced chicken and Italian sausage
- red bell pepper, diced
- stalk celery, diced
- small onion, diced
- large tomato, diced
- 2 1/4 cups (562 1/2 mL) chicken broth, reduced sodium
- 1 cup (250 mL) long grain rice
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House Cajun Signature Blend
In ovenproof skillet, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil.
Cover and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
