Jambalaya is a traditional Louisiana dish with both French and Spanish influences, made of meat and vegetables cooked together with rice to make a hearty one-pot meal.

All You Need

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced ham
  • 1 cup (250 mL) each, cooked diced chicken and Italian sausage
  • red bell pepper, diced
  • stalk celery, diced
  • small onion, diced
  • large tomato, diced
  • 2 1/4 cups (562 1/2 mL) chicken broth, reduced sodium
  • 1 cup (250 mL) long grain rice
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House Cajun Signature Blend


  1. In ovenproof skillet, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil.

  2. Cover and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.

  3. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
