Hummus is everyone's favourite dip! With just a few ingredients, this is a delicious and cost-effective alternative to the store-bought varieties. Great served with veggies, pita triangles, crackers or chips for lunches, snacks or a fabulous party appetizer. Make it your own by experimenting with adding McCormick herbs, spices and seasonings.

All You Need
- 19 fl oz (570 mL) chick peas, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup (62 1/2 mL) tahini
- 1/4 cup (62 1/2 mL) water
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Garlic Plus Signature Blend
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) lemon juice
- 0 pita bread
Combine all ingredients except pita, in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add a little more water if mixture is too thick (it will thicken as it sits). Serve in a shallow bowl with wedges of warm pita bread.
Tip: · Tahini, a paste made from crushed sesame seeds is a common ingredient in Middle Eastern dishes. It is available in most large grocery stores.
