Gazpacho Salsa

A welcome addition to any party, this fresh and simple salsa comes together in a pinch.

All You Need

  • 2 cups (500 mL) seeded, diced fresh tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) english cucumber slices, quartered
  • 1/4 cup (62 1/2 mL) sliced celery
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Salad Herbs Signature Blend
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Cover and chill at least 4 hours or overnight
