This dip has a fresh, Mediterranean flavour profile thanks to the addition of cucumber and Club House Greek Signature Blend. Perfect for dipping fresh vegetables, crackers and breads, or as a dressing for fish and seafood.

All You Need
- 1 cup (250 mL) sour cream
- 3/4 cup (187 1/2 mL) mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup (82 1/2 mL) Club House Greek Signature Blend
- 1 1/4 cups (312 1/2 mL) seedless cucumber, unpeeled, finely chopped
All You Do: Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to let flavours blend.
· To lighten up dip use low fat sour cream and mayonnaise.
· This also makes a nice sauce to serve with fish and seafood.
