Creamy Irish Coffee Martini

The classic hot coffee beverage is reinvented as a cool cocktail — perfect for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.

All You Need

  • 2 oz (60 mL) Irish cream liqueur
  • 2 oz (60 mL) Irish whiskey
  • 2 oz (60 mL) chilled brewed strong coffee
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) Club House Pure Vanilla Extract


  1. Fill cocktail shaker half full with ice. Add all ingredients; shake until well mixed and chilled. Strain into martini glass

  2. Top with a dollop of Peppermint Whipped Cream and green sprinkles, if desired

  3. Chef’s Tip Mix ¼ cup (50 mL) flour and ¼ cup (50 mL) icing sugar to use for dusting surface.
