Corn & Black Bean Salad

All You Need
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
- 19 fl oz (570 mL) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup (250 mL) corn kernels, frozen or canned
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced red onion
Combine Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend, vinegar and olive oil. Mix well; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Add dressing. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
