All You Need

  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
  • 19 fl oz (570 mL) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup (250 mL) corn kernels, frozen or canned
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced red onion


  1. Combine Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend, vinegar and olive oil. Mix well; set aside.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Add dressing. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
