All You Need
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) icing sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) water
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) whipping (35%) cream
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped dark chocolate
- 2 tsps (10 mL) Club House Pure Orange Extract
In a saucepan, add icing sugar and water; bring to boil and allow to boil until mixture is caramel coloured.
Remove from heat, add whipping cream and stir until smooth. CAUTION: the sugar mixture will be extremely hot.
Add chocolate and stir until smooth.
Add orange extract and stir to combine.
Keep warm until ready for use.
