All You Need

  • 3 bagels
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) unsalted softened butter or vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp (22 1/2 mL) Suggested seasonings: Club House Cinnamon, Garlic Powder, Garlic Salt, Onion Salt, Basil Leaves, Chives, Dill Weed or Italian Seasoning


  1. Slice bagels in half lengthwise; cut each in half lengthwise again. Alternate slicing option: slice the whole bagel vertically in ¼” slices to form small round “coins”.

  2. Lightly spread with softened butter or brush with vegetable oil.

  3. Sprinkle to taste with any one of the suggested seasonings.

  4. Place on cookie sheet.

  5. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes or until dry and golden.

  6. Keep in sealed container.
