All You Need
- 2 packages (25 g each) Club House 25% Less Salt Brown Gravy Mix
- 1 cup (250 mL) water
- 1 cup (250 mL) turkey drippings
- pinch Club House Ground Black Pepper
In a medium bowl mix brown gravy mixes and water.
Remove turkey from the roasting pan and set aside. Transfer the clear fat into a bowl and leave the drippings in the pan.
Place the roasting pan over medium-high heat and add the prepared mixed gravy until gravy comes to a boil for about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low, simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Add pinch of pepper and serve with turkey.
Tip: Caramelized onion or sliced mushrooms can be added in cooking step #3.
