No Bake Vanilla Cheesecake

Vanilla is the star in this velvety dessert. Fresh berries add a splash of colour that's sure to brighten any table.

All You Need

  • 2 pkgs (500 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) sugar
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 (1 L) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 prepared graham cracker or vanilla crumb crust (6 oz/170 g)


  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended and smooth.

  2. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.

  3. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Garnish with fresh strawberries or your favourite fruit.

  4. Tips: Use reduced fat cream cheese, light frozen whipped topping if desired. Try using Imitation French Vanilla Extract or Imitation Caramel Extract in place of the Pure Vanilla Extract.
