All You Need
- 2 pkgs (500 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 (1 L) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 prepared graham cracker or vanilla crumb crust (6 oz/170 g)
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended and smooth.
Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Garnish with fresh strawberries or your favourite fruit.
Tips: Use reduced fat cream cheese, light frozen whipped topping if desired. Try using Imitation French Vanilla Extract or Imitation Caramel Extract in place of the Pure Vanilla Extract.
