All You Need
- 1 lb (500 g) ground lamb
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House La Grille Steakhouse Onion Burger Seasoning
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) panko bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 tsps (7 mL) McCormick Gourmet Mint leaves
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) prepared hummus
- 4 hamburger buns
- 16 slices cucumber
- 8 slices tomato
- 1 cup (250 mL) shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sliced red onion
In a medium bowl, combine lamb, seasoning, bread crumbs and mint leaves. Mix well and form into 4 equal patties.
Grill on medium-high until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C), about 10 minutes.
To assemble burger, spread ½ tbsp (7 mL) hummus onto heel and crown of bun. Add 4 slices of cucumber, a cooked lamb patty, 2 tomato slices, lettuce and 2 tbsp (30 mL) red onion. Top with crown of bun to serve.
