All You Need
- 1/4 cup (62 1/2 mL) vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) vinegar
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House La Grille* Montreal Chicken Seasoning
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Combine oil, vinegar and Club House La Grille Montreal Chicken Seasoning in a large self-closing plastic bag or glass dish.
Add chicken. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
Preheat grill or broiler. Grill until no longer pink inside or an internal temperature of 170°F is reached.
Variations: Use marinade with pork, turkey or lamb. Also use with cubes of meat, poultry or vegetables for kabobs.
