All You Need

  • 3 lb (1.5 kg) flank steak
  • 1 pouch (200 mL) Club House La Grille Roasted Garlic & Peppers Wet Rub


  1. Combine steaks and marinade in a large resealable bag or glass dish. Toss to coat evenly, seal or cover, and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove steaks from bag and discard remaining marinade. Grill 10-15 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Remove from grill and rest 10 minutes, covered with foil, before slicing thinly across the grain.

  3. Meal 1: Flank steak tacos with Honey Hickory Onions and salsa.

  4. Meal 2: Flank steak with potato wedges, seasoned with Club House La Grille Steakhouse Onion Burger Seasoning.

  5. Meal 3: Flank steak sandwich with Honey Hickory Onions.

  6. Meal 4: Flank steak salad with grilled summer vegetables and romaine lettuce.
