Chili Meat Loaf

Give your meatloaf a spicy kick. With a hint of chili in every bite, this dish is sure to become one of your family’s weeknight favourites.

All You Need

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) milk
  • 1/3 cup (82 1/2 mL) ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp (22 1/2 mL) Club House Prepared Minced Garlic
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 slices bread, crumbled or 1/2 cup (125 mL) dry bread crumbs
  • 1 pkg (35g) Club House Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 2 lbs (1000 g) ground beef or 1 lb (500g) each ground beef and pork
  • 1 cup (250 mL) each chopped onions and sliced mushrooms.

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, combine milk, ketchup, garlic, eggs, bread and Chili Seasoning Mix.

  2. Add ground meat and mix well.

  3. Press mixture firmly into 9 x 5 in (23 x 13 cm) loaf pan.

  4. Bake in 375°F (190°C) oven for 1 1/4 hours or until internal temperature reaches 170°F (80°C).
