All You Need
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) each: mirin and rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House La Grille Asian Inspired BBQ Seasoning
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 lb (750 g) coleslaw mix (carrot, green cabbage, kale, Brussels sprouts)
In a small pot combine mirin, rice vinegar and seasoning. Bring to a simmer, remove from heat, cover with saran wrap and steep for 10 minutes.
Add steeped seasoning to the mayonnaise and mix until well blended.
Add dressing to the coleslaw mix and combine until well blended.
Chill for 1 hour before serving.
