All You Need

  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Billy Bee Honey
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) Club House La Grille Asian Inspired BBQ Seasoning
  • 3 lb (1 1/2 kg) Korean style beef short ribs, 1-in (2.5 cm) thick (12 pieces)


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine light soy sauce, vegetable oil and rice vinegar. Add honey and seasoning; whisk marinade until well blended.

  2. Toss beef short ribs with the marinade until well coated. Cover and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.

  3. Prepare the grill by heating to 450°F (230°C); oil lightly. Remove any excess marinade from the short ribs and place on grill. Discard remaining marinade. Grill to internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C), about 5 minutes, flipping once. Transfer to a serving platter and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
