All You Need

  • 3 loaves of bread
  • 2 onions
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 tsp Club House Oregano Leaves
  • 4 tsp Club House Poultry Seasoning
  • 3 tsp McCormick Gourmet Thyme Leaves
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Chicken Bovril added to 1 cup of water
  • 3 maple leaf sausage rolls thawed


  1. Break apart bread. Add spices and chopped onion leave overnight.
  2. Add uncooked sausage to bread mixture and blend together.
  3. Cook on med heat until the sausage is browned and cooked. Adding the cup of stock slowly as you brown off sausage.
  4. Let it cool down then stuff turkey.
