All You Need

  • 1 cup (250 ml.) buttermilk (if using dry mixed 1/8 cup dry buttermilk to 1 cup of milk)
  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) Club House Cajun Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp. (45 ml) flour
  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) Club House Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. (5 ml) Club House white pepper
  • 1 tsp. (5 ml) salt
  • 1 cup (250 ml) vegetable oil


  1. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. Club House Cajun Seasoning to chicken thighs, set aside.
  2. Pour the buttermilk in a bowl and set pre-seasoned chicken into the bowl to soak. Marinate it in an hour.
  3. Mixed together 3 tbsp. flour in the bowl, add 1 tbsp. of Club House Cajun Seasoning, add 1 tsp. Club House white pepper and 1 tsp. salt.
  4. Roll one chicken at a time on the mixed flour.
  5. Heat 1 cup of vegetable oil in the frying pan, add the coated chicken and let it cooked until golden brown for about 30 to 35 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle more of Club House Cajun Seasoning before serving.
