Parmesan and Honey Meatballs

Sweet and savoury meatballs are great for dinner or a party app — simply mix, form, bake and serve.

All You Need

  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Billy Bee Honey
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) finely diced onion
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) McCormick® Gourmet Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2 lb (750 g) ground pork
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) McCormick® Gourmet Ground Black Pepper
  • 8 tbsp (120 mL) grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Organic Thyme Leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Portion into 18 pieces.

  3. Roll each piece into a ball and place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in oven for 17 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F (77°C).
