All You Need
- 1 lb (500 g) pork tenderloin
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2/3 cup (150 mL) BBQ sauce
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) Billy Bee Honey
Place pork tenderloin on a parchment covered baking tray and brush with oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine BBQ sauce and honey in a small bowl. Brush mixture over pork, reserving some sauce for further basting. Place into a 350°F (175°C) oven, basting every 5 minutes for 25 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
