All You Need
- 1 lb (500 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Billy Bee Liquid Honey
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) buttermilk baking mix
- 2 tsp (10 mL) Club House Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Seasoned Salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) Club House Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Ground Black Pepper
Coat chicken with honey; set aside.
In small bowl, combine baking mix, ginger, seasoned salt and pepper; mix well.
Roll honey-coated chicken in seasoned mixture.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Brown chicken. Drain excess oil. Place chicken on rack in baking pan and bake at 350ºF (180ºC) 20 to 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
