Stuffed Honey Peaches

Stuffed Honey Peaches are a must for my family Easter get-togethers, an Easter tradition. They’re especially a treat for the grown-ups as the kids devour chocolate.

All You Need


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Grease a shallow oven-safe dish with butter.

  2. Cut peaches in half, and scoop out a little flesh.

  3. Crumble cake and mix with almonds. Add the orange juice to the cake mixture.

  4. Fill peaches with mixture and place in prepared dish.

  5. Combine honey with wine or sherry and pour over peaches.

  6. In a bowl, combine butter, rice flour, oats and brown sugar, and mix until a crumbly consistency. Divide crumble evenly between peaches.

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until peaches are tender and crumble is golden brown.

  8. Serve hot with ice cream, if desired.
