Honey Sangria

This quick Honey Sangria is the perfect way to cool off on a hot summer afternoon.

All You Need

  • 1 lemon
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 apple
  • 2 cups (500 mL) cranberry grape juice
  • 1 cup (250 mL) soda water
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Liquid Honey 375 g Upside Down Squeeze Billy Bee Honey


  1. Squeeze juice from lemon and 1 orange into a small bowl. Peel and cut segments from other orange. Set aside.

  2. Core apple and slice into thin round pieces. Set aside

  3. In a large pitcher, combine all juices, honey and soda water. Stir well.

  4. Garnish with apple slices and orange segments.
