All You Need

  • 2 cups (500 mL) boiling water
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) Billy Bee Liquid Honey
  • 4 cups (1 L) cranberry juice
  • 2 cups (500 mL) orange juice
  • 1 cup (250 mL) lemon juice
  • 4 cups (1 L) ginger ale
  • ice cubes
  • Garnish: sliced lemons, limes oranges or strawberries (optional)


  1. Combine boiling water and honey, stirring to dissolve. Chill.

  2. In large punch bowl combine cranberry, orange and lemon juices. Stir in honey mixture.

  3. Just before serving add ginger ale, ice cubes and fruit garnish.
