Banana Honey Smoothie

All You Need

  • 2 Bananas or 1½ cups (375 mL) of your favourite berries
  • 1 cup (250 mL) vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups (250 mL) milk
  • 1/2 tbsp (7 mL) each Club House Ground Cinnamon and Club House Ground Nutmeg
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) Billy Bee Liquid Honey
  • 1 cup (250 mL) ice cubes
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend until smooth.
