All You Need
- 1 (600 g) pkg frozen mango, thawed
- 1 (400 mL) can Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk
- 2 cups (500 mL) steel-cut oats
- 4 cups (1 L) plain unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Billy Bee Liquid Honey
- 2 tsp (10 mL) Club House Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup (250 mL) unsweetened shredded coconut
Lightly grease inside of slow cooker.
Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir to thoroughly combine. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours.
