Honey and Beer Braised Onions

Burgers have never tasted so delicious! These melt in your mouth onions are the perfect addition to any patty.

All You Need

  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) unsalted butter
  • 8 cups (2 L) thick sliced onions (4 large onions)
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) Billy Bee Honey
  • 1 cup (250 mL) beer
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) Club House Ground Black Pepper


  1. Place butter and onions in fry pan over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

  2. Add honey, beer and black pepper. Continue to simmer for 10 minutes until the liquid evaporates and onions are soft and golden brown.
