All You Need
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) unsalted butter
- 8 cups (2 L) thick sliced onions (4 large onions)
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) Billy Bee Honey
- 1 cup (250 mL) beer
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) Club House Ground Black Pepper
Place butter and onions in fry pan over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add honey, beer and black pepper. Continue to simmer for 10 minutes until the liquid evaporates and onions are soft and golden brown.
