All You Need
- 2 tsp (10 mL) 375 g Bee Billy Bee Honey
- 1 lb (500 g) salmon fillet, skin-on, boneless
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) McCormick® Gourmet Dill Weed
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) coarse salt
- 1 tsp (5 mL) McCormick® Gourmet Whole Black Pepper
- 1 tsp (5 mL) McCormick® Gourmet Ground Coriander Seed
Place salmon, skin side down, on a plate. Brush top of salmon with honey and rub dill, salt, peppercorns and coriander over entire side. Place in sealable bag, ensuring all the air is out, and refrigerate with a weight on top for 2 days.
Remove from bag and brush off mixture (some seasonings will remain on the fish). Slice thinly on a 45° angle and serve.
