All You Need
- 4 cups (1 L) peeled, wedge-cut beets
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) Billy Bee Honey
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) McCormick® Gourmet Tarragon Leaves
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
- salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place peeled and wedge-cut beets into a bowl and toss to coat evenly with remaining ingredients.
Place mixture in a 2-L (2 qt) casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes or until beets are tender.
