Honey Roasted Beets

Earthy jewel-hued beets taste like candy when roasted with the sweetness of Billy Bee honey.

All You Need

  • 4 cups (1 L) peeled, wedge-cut beets
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) Billy Bee Honey
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) McCormick® Gourmet Tarragon Leaves
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place peeled and wedge-cut beets into a bowl and toss to coat evenly with remaining ingredients.

  3. Place mixture in a 2-L (2 qt) casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes or until beets are tender.
