Family dinner, school lunch or post 9-to-5 meal? We have tips for quick and easy meals.
If you ask us, dinner should always be delicious AND simple.
We like to make things easy, and these tips can give you what you need to bring the flavour to your dinner table, while cutting the time:
Tex Mex Potato
Amp up your regular baked potato with some Tex Mex flair. Slice a potato lengthwise, ensuring that you don't cut all the way through and fan out from the bottom. Fill with Club House Tex Mex Seasoning and cheese, then bake. Garnish with sour cream and enjoy!
One 'Pot' Hamburger Casserole
Single portion casseroles make dinnertime a breeze. In a bowl, combine 1lb ground beef with cubed potatoes, assorted veggies, and Club House Minced Onion. Wrap individual portions in tin foil and BBQ for 20 minutes.
House full of picky eaters? Create a divider on your baking sheet using tin foil and place chicken in each divider. Use assorted McCormick Gourmet Seasonings to spice each one. If you're planning to save your chicken for later, once cooked it can be frozen for up to one month in an air tight plastic bag.
If you're dreading the 'what's for dinner' debate, make meatloaf in a flash. Using 1 lb lean hamburger; ½ cup of bread crumbs or oatmeal, 1 egg; ¼ cup of Club House Minced Onion, 1 heaping tsp of Club House La Grille Montreal Steak Spice, ¼ cup ketchup. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and place in a round glass pie plate. Cover and place in the microwave on high for 10 minutes. Allow to cool while you place your uncooked vegetables around the outside of your plate.
Easy Skillet Chili
